Finding time to roast some wieners

Last week we were able to take time out of our (insanely) busy schedules to head out to Marlin President Michael Stelzer’s picturesque 150-acre ranch and roast some delicious wieners for our annual agency meeting. Needless to say, there was plenty of opportunity for work-inappropriate wiener jokes. And luckily, we weren’t officially at work. Yay, wiener jokes!

More pictures after the jump.

In preparation for the big day, we all received our official Notchweiner Roast forks—which we quickly put to good use by sword fighting in the office—and created a fake (but warm in spirit) fire on our dry erase board.

Once we got to the real meeting with a much warmer fire (turns out spirit doesn’t cut it when it’s below 65ºF), we talked a little business, hit some golf balls, played catch with Michael’s awesome pup and ate lots of great food.

Of course, there was also the amazing band, Next of Kin, courtesy of April Speed and her very talented husband Paul Speed. Thanks for loaning us your husband, April! And thanks to everyone else who helped organize and prepare for the meeting.
