Marlin Design Intern Jared Tomlinson is featured in the new book by Steven Heller and Lita Talarico, Design School Confidential. The book is a collection of real-world projects used as assignments in design schools from all over the globe. It builds a story of each project by explaining the written assignment with all its parameters, then wraps it up with the final product.

Says Jared, “That allows readers to understand a little bit more about the decisions each designer makes while working on a project, rather than just showing the final results with none of the back story.”

Jared’s work was created for his design class at Missouri State, under the guidance of Cedomir Kostovic. Check it out after the break.
